VCT Masters Schedule: The most hyped-up Valorant tournament VCT Masters Reykjavik Stage-1 is about to begin on 10th April 2022. Valorant’s top-notch teams will be competing in the tournament. Group stages will be played from 10th April to 14th April 2022.
The announcement was made on the official Twitter handle of the Valorant Champions Tour on 4th April 2022. The officials wrote “Who has what it takes to embrace their fears? Only one can Become the Nightmare.” Also, an official trailer of the tournament was released by valorant officials.

Group Stages:-
The two groups Group A and Group B have been created to qualify for the playoffs. Two teams from each group will qualify for the playoffs. Group A contains teams such as Fnatic(Europe), Ninjas in Pyjamas(Brazil), and DRX(South Korea), Zeta Vision(Japan). Whereas Group B contains teams such as OpTic Gaming(United States), Xerxia Esports (Thailand) and Kru Esports(Chile), Team Liquid(Europe).
Set your alarms to 8:00 p.m. IST as the first match of the tournament will begin at 8:00 p.m. IST between DRX(South Korea) and Zeta Vision(Japan).
The winning teams from the upper bracket will further proceed to the upper bracket finals while the other losing team needs to win two more matches in the lower bracket without losing any game to qualify for playoffs. If any team losses in the upper bracket finals they will have a second chance to qualify through the lower bracket finals.
Playoffs:-
Teams qualifying for the playoffs from the group stages will compete with each other in the playoffs. Eight teams will compete in the playoffs to achieve VCT Masters Title to their name. Playoffs will be played from 14th April 2022 to 25th April 2022.
G2 Esports, The Guard, Paper Rex, and Loud have already qualified for the playoffs. These teams who have qualified directly for the playoffs will be waiting for group stages teams.

Eight teams will be split into eight brackets. Winning teams will get promoted to the Upper Semifinals while the losing teams will be pushed to the lower bracket. Again, winning teams will be promoted to the upper bracket finals while the losing teams will be demoted to lower bracket round 2. The upper bracket winning team will open their gates to entry in the grand final while the losing team needs to win the lower bracket finals to qualify for the grand finals.
The winning team will earn the VCT Masters title to their name. Fans are super hyped up to watch their favorite team perform in VCT Masters Reykjavik Stage-1.
