Real Reason Behind BGMI Ban Revealed, Know Why Google Removed The Game From Playstore

BGMI fans went into a frenzy after the game was suddenly removed from both Google playstore and Ios Store. Moreover, fans were speculating if that’s a glitch or if the game is going to be banned in the country once again.

The official announcement from both, the government and the developers of BGMI is yet to come. However, a tech journalist revealed the possible reason behind the removal of the game from the Google Playstore.

Reason Why Google Removed BGMI From Playstore

A reputed journalist, Manish Singh, took to Twitter and updated the BGMI fans about the possible ban. He mentioned that Google was asked by the Indian Government to remove the app from the play store.

Moreover, he also mentioned Google’s statement which was, “On receipt of the order, following established process, we have notified the affected developer and have blocked access to the app that remained available on the Play Store in India.”

This means, the removal of the game was not a glitch but the Indian government has removed the game. Notably, the Indian Government banned another battle royale game, Free Fire, in a similar fashion, where the game was removed from Stores suddenly.
