Eight players in the India U19 World Cup-winning team have to wait for a much longer time to get them listed in the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction pool as they don’t meet the eligibility being confided by the Indian Cricket Board.
Only those players of U19 who have played at least one first-class match or List-A game can get their name listed in the enrollment for IPL Auction. If he does not have any experience in domestic cricket, then according to the listed rules he must attain 19 years before the auction will take place.
