Liverpool and Manchester United may have been the two of the biggest rival clubs in the world, but when it comes to showing respect to each other on the field, they never lack behind. Liverpool fans showed a perfect example of this when they applauded Manchester United legend, Cristiano Ronaldo, at Anfield.
Ronaldo, who lost his baby son yesterday was unavailable from the match due to obvious reasons. Liverpool fans stood up and chanted the famous club quote ‘You’ll never walk alone’ for the Portuguese legend during the match.

Manchester United Off To A Poor Start
The red devils appeared on the pitch without their star man Cristiano Ronaldo at the Anfield. Liverpool totally dominated the first quarter of the game as they scored 2 goals in the first 25 minutes with the help of Mo Salah and Luis Diaz. This was Mo Salah’s 21 goals in the season who is leading the race for the Golden boot this season.
