Kurt Zouma topped the headlines not for a noble cause this time. A viral clip of the French defender which was shared by his brother on Snapchat landed him into trouble. However, he was not arrested by police for kicking and assaulting his cat, but definitely, it landed him into some trouble.
As per the recent reports, West Ham fined the defender. The London-based team cut his two weeks’ salary. But this is not the only fine, Zouma is going to pay.

 Earlier, Zouma received a fine of £250,000 from his club, West Ham. According to reports, he immediately accepted the fine and agreed to donate the money to an animal charity.
But this was not the end of trouble for the 27-year old former Chelsea man. Kurt Zouma has now lost two sponsorship deals in two days after the incident. Previously, Vitality announced that they are parting ways with the defender.
And now, as per Sun, Adidas has also released the Frenchman. Notably, this all was done, after Zouma paid the fine and asked his apologies to the fans. As of now, it is confirmed that the apology is not accepted by everyone. Also, more than 120k people have signed petition, to ban Zouma from keeping a pet in his house.

Zouma is known for his insane tacking skills and the defender is proving his worth at West Ham.
He started against Watford after the incident where the Hammers defeated Watford to secure the 4th position in the Premier League. Most probably, he will also feature in West Ham’s next game against Leicester City.
