IPL Mega Auction 2022: Highlights From The Day-1, Most Expensive Signings, Unsold Players And List Of Every Players Team Bought

The most awaited IPL 2022 Mega Auction is live now. And it can be said that it lived to the expectations and delivered some amazing signings and players. Ishan Kishan became the most expensive signing as he was brought by Mumbai Indians for 15.25 Crores.

Not to forget, an unwanted situation occurred in the first half of the auction as the Auctioneer collapsed. However, he’s now fine as per the reports.

This Mega Auction is held in Bengaluru, India. IPL (Indian Premier League) is the T20 cricket tournament introduced by the BCCI (Board of Control of Cricket in India) in the year 2008.

IPL 2022 Mega Auction Teams & Its Players After Day-1

This is the 15th Edition of IPL, sponsored by TATA Group. There will be 10 teams this season and this time there will be 2 new teams – Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans. More than 600 players will be auctioned in which, 48 players have preserved their place in the highest bid of 2crore.

In this IPL 2022 Mega Auction, many players have been retained from their previous teams and a few new players are also introduced. Unfortunately, many players remained unsold in this season’s auction. Details on Unsold Players will appear at bottom of this article.
