Indian Under-19 team (U19) clinched the fifth World Cup title as they defeated England in the finals. India successfully chased a target of 190 runs and denied England to lift their second U19 trophy. Raj Bawa was named the man of the match as he picked up 5 wickets. Bawa’s delightful spell along with Ravi Kumar stopped England under 190.
However, the batting looked comfortable for the Indian team as they chased the title with the remaining three over. Dinesh Bana scored the winning runs in the form of a six and gifted India their fifth title.
