ICC Women’s World Cup 2022, Awards Winners, Prize Money, Records: The twelfth edition of the Women’s World Cup 2022 was held in New Zealand in March and April. The Australia Women’s Cricket Team made history by lifting the World Cup Trophy for the seventh time.

Alyssa Healy’s sensational 170 and half-centuries from two players helped Australia to a score of 356.
The bowlers did a splendid job as a result of which England was all out for 285. From England apart from Sciver who remained unbeaten on 148 others failed to contribute because of which Australia won the match.
Australia powered their way to their seventh ICC Women’s World Cup title to rubberstamp their dominance. They defeated defending champions England by 71 runs to finish unbeaten.

The player of the series went to Alyssa Healy. Sophia Ecclestone was the leading wicket-taker with 21 dismissal.
This time the prize for the winning team was doubled. In 2017 England got 5 cores but this year Australia received around 10 crores.
Australia Women’s team has won the Women’s World Cup 7 times in the years 1978,1982,1988,1997,2005,2013,2022 so they are the most successful team.
