ICC T20 Rankings Updated List: India On Top After Crushing West Indies in Home Series

ICC T20 Rankings Updated List: Cricket is a gentleman’s game but there must be a healthy competition to keep the game exciting. The Internation Cricket Council which regulates the game has also marked teams in rankings as per their performance in international matches. The teams from specific countries are well aware of the rankings and that is the reason which paid them off in world cricket.

The ICC not only gives rankings to teams but there are specific rankings for players in different fields like batting, bowling, and all-around performance. The Indian national team who is emerging as the most consistent team at the international level again tops in the ICC t20 rankings. 

ICC T20 Rankings Updated List: India Retains Top Position

The T20 rankings have been updated after the t20 series between India and West Indies and the scenario is in the favor of the Indian men’s cricket team as they top the table after a gap of three months. The Indian men’s team who performed significantly in all three formats is now the no.1 in T20i’s. The signs are looking good for the Indian team as the ICC T20 world cup 2022 is just a few months away.

The ICC t20 rankings where India is on top followed by England and Pakistan on 2nd and third positions. Here is the list of ICC men’s T20 rankings:

While India is on top but the main difficulty is to be there for at least 6 months just for the T20 world cup. “Despite being the most consistent the hard work is going on and the team is ready and they just give their best,” says Rohit Sharma about the updated T20 rankings.

The upcoming t20 matches of India are with Sri Lanka and despite being the underdogs the Sri Lankan team will fight and can make it difficult for India to dominate the series.
