Pogba sustained an injury in the pre-season for Juventus in America. He has been on the sidelines since then and it was said that he won’t return this year. However, some things looks to be positive for the Frenchmen as he might return soon.

But, as per the latest reports, Paul Pogba’s progress has been positive and he might return sooner than expected. Pogba is looking fit enough to play this year, but it is not confirmed if he will be fit for the World Cup.

According to reports, Pogba might return for Juventus in the last week to play in the Champions League. But, the player and the medical staff are still not sure about this as this might end up the whole return process, and if anything goes wrong, the hopes for the 2022 World Cup will be over.

Interestingly, even if Pogba manages to feature for Juventus in the month of October, it’s highly unlikely that he will make for the World Cup because the squads will be announced earlier. So, the chances of Paul Pogba playing in the World Cup are very less as of now. However, he might return to play for Juventus.
