Since 2021, LeBron James holds a minority stake at the Premier League club. Moreover, in a sponsorship deal with Fenway Sports Group (FSG), LeBron secured 2% of Liverpool’s stake £4.7 million ($6.5 million) along with business partner Maverick Carter.
Later on, LeBron’s stake in Liverpool was increased for an undisclosed amount and he went on to become an official partner of the FSG ownership group. LeBron is a huge fan of the club and has often opened up about the support.

However, Liverpool lost the final to Real Madrid by 1-0 despite dominating the game. This is the second time when Liverpool lost a UCL final against Real Madrid in the last 4 years.
This can still be termed as a successful season for Liverpool as they won two silverware. Not to forget the team lost the Premier League by a margin of 1 point to Manchester City.
