It seems like Lucknow Super Giants have definitely hit a jackpot by roping in 22-year-old youngster Ayush Badoni by their side.

Right from the onset of the Indian Premier League (IPL) season, the batter has got all eyeballs of the cricket lovers stuck on him. In his debut match, the LSG batsman scored 54 of 41 balls and he definitely left the cricket fans baffled.

Right after his scintillating knock, Badoni’s performance helped his team to register a historic win over Ravindra Jadeja-led Chennai Super Kings and it also marked his team’s first-ever win in the ongoing IPL season.

Ayush Badoni Innings Against Delhi Capitals

Even though the young Delhi lad couldn’t do much against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the third match, he displayed his batting heroics in the recently concluded match against Delhi Capitals where the star batter managed to help his team attain victory.

Although Badoni played a short inning of 10 runs off 3 balls.

It was one of the most important knocks of the match as he finished the game with a six on Thursday and made his position stronger in the LSG batting line-up.

It’s quite evident that the LSG batter, who was signed for a base price of Rs 20 lakh, has impressed people with his batting style in all the 4 matches that he has played and is definitely turned a lot of heads.

After witnessing his classic batting, netizens are in awe of the 22-year-old Delhi batter and heaped praise on him.

After the youngster sealed the victory with a six, renowned statistician Mohandas Menon stated that after MS Dhoni, India has found another match finisher. He tweeted, “After MS Dhoni, we will now have a BA Doni!”

 

 

Lucknow has won three matches out of four and is now at the second spot on the IPL points table.

The team will now face Rajasthan Royals on Sunday.

With this much to display in only four matches, Badoni will surely make the country proud as he is the star in making.
