The Warriors have completed the season seeding at 3rd position while Harden’s team Philadelphia 76ers have completed on 4th position in their respective conferences.

Klay Alexander Thompson who plays as a shooting guard for Golden State Warriors, scored an impressive 41 points against the New Orleans Pelicans this Sunday in the season finale for both the teams. Thompson had been a target of two injuries attacking him this season. Therefore, he was part of only 32 season games.
Thompson’s scoreline becomes the season-high beating his own score of 38 points. He also had a 3 point percentage of 50% as he scored 7 out of his 14 attempts. Thompson even made 19 of his 33 beyond the arc. His contribution helped the Warriors clinch their fifth consecutive win.

Golden State Warriors completed the season finale in the third position by winning 53 games and losing 29. They will face the Denver Nuggets who eventually completed at the 6th position in the first round of playoffs.
However, New Orleans Pelicans failed to clinch the top 6 positions. They completed at the 9th spot and will have to be a part of play-ins to qualify for the playoffs. They will face the Spurs who are standing at the 10th position.
