Sentinels Roster Update For VCT 2023: Valorant teams are going through a lot of changes, mainly with their roster as the season for 2022 has come to an end after the Champions 2022 concluded. North American team, Sentinels, also seems to make some changes in their team after a disappointing performance in the LCQ.
Currently, Sentinels have 3 inactive players, Zombs, Sick, and Kanpeki. Furthermore, Kanpeki through his Twitter revealed that he will be released by Sentinels and is searching for a new team.
Sentinels Release Kanpeki From Their Roster
Kanpeki took to his Twitter and wrote, “I have been informed by @Sentinels that I will be released and may explore my options as an unrestricted F/A. I want to thank my team and the org for their support. Comfortable on duelists/flex and willing to learn any role.”Â

Sentinels acquired Kanpeki from Akrew to replace Zombs. Moreover, he played for Sentinels in the VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers, where the team finished last in the group stages and failed to make it to the next round.
Furthermore, he was benched as Shroud was signed for the role of controller for the VCT NA LCQ.

What’s Next For Sentinels?
Shahzam, Dapr, and Tenz are the active players in the Sentinels roster. Moreover, no official confirmation has been made regarding Shroud, but he often said on stream that he is no more a part of Sentinels. However, he will try to continue his Valoran professional journey.
On the other hand, Zellsis rejoined Version 1 but might take another U-turn as Version 1 failed to secure a spot in the 30 partnered teams list for the VCT 2023.
Zombs and Sick remain inactive and there is no update regarding when Sick will come back from his break. It’ll be also interesting to see who will be the other players playing for Sentinels in VCT 2023.
Sentinels have never failed to amaze its fans by signing some big names. They brought back Shroud for the LCQ and recently signed Tarik as a streamer.
