Cloud 9 Valorant Roster: American organization Cloud9 are reportedly in talks with ex-Sentinels and current Version 1 player Zellsis to sign him for their Valorant roster. The signing will complete C9’s Valorant roster, as Yay was rumored to join the team earlier.
Cloud 9 is one of the 5 teams from North America who secured the partnership with Valorant to play the VCT 2023. As a result, the team in the offseason are now focusing on building their squad.

Is Zellsis Joining Cloud 9 Valorant Roster?
Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro has impressed everyone on several occasions with his initiator gameplay. And if he gets signed with Cloud 9, he will be most probably playing the initator role in the team.
Notable journalist, George Geddes, took to his Twitter and shared the latest update on Zellsis. According to him, Cloud 9 will be singing Zellsis from Version 1 to complete their roster.

Zellsis earlier, player for Sentinels in the 2022 North America LCQ. However, he returned to Verison 1, his former team, after LCQ. But Version 1 failed to secure the partnership with Valorant which allowed Zellsis to explore his options with partnered teams.
Earlier, Cloud 9 released their two players, mitch and curry, making space for two players. Reportedly, Yay will be the other player who will be joining the Cloud 9 Valorant roster.
Zellsis have earlier played under Cloud 9’s current IGL, Vanity. Both of them shared the same team in 2021 which was Version 1. Both the stars also featured in VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters – Reykjavík, where Sentinels won the trophy.

Sentinels Roster Update
Another partnered team, Sentinels, have not made any signings as of now. However, the rumors suggest they will not be renewing Shahzam’s contract which is going to end at the end of this year and will search for another IGL.
Sentinels have also not confirmed if Shroud is still with the team, despite the streamer and professional player confirming he was with the team only for LCQ.
