Arsenal FC Latest Transfer News: Despite a rough start to the 2021-22 season, Arsenal’s management is trusting their manager Mikel Arteta and his rebuild. As per the reports, the management of the club is ready to spend around £180 Million in the 2022 summer transfer window, which will land some big names at Emirates.

Although Arsenal started their campaign in a dreadful way, they revived themselves quickly and are now competing for that top 4 positions. Moreover, this could be the first time under Mikel Arteta that the club might finish in top 4 and play some Champions League Football.

In recent few years, Arsenal have been spending some huge sum of money on transfers. In the last transfer window, they signed some big deals with the likes of Ramsdale and Ben White.

And as for now, it looks like it was not enough, and Arteta continues his rebuild. The London-based team is now keen on bringing some future stars of Europe by spending some big money.

Arsenal’s number one target for the 2022 season is going to be  Alexander Isak. The Swedish striker has impressed everyone with his stint at Real Sociedad. However, teams like Barcelona are also interested in the 22-year old.

Gunners are very much interested in Isak and he is their long-term investment as a striker.

If the case Isak deal fails, Arsenal’s second target is Patrik Schick. The Czech player was the joint top scorer at Euro 2022 along with Cristiano Ronaldo. He has scored 20 goals as of now this season for Bayern Leverkusen in Bundesliga.

Midfield Solution For Gunners

Arteta has done a lot of work in his midfield and they have several options with the likes of Martin Ødegaard, Emile Smith Rowe, and Gabriel Martinelli. However, they’re looking for Granit Xhaka’s long-term replacement.

Southhampton’s star midfielder James Word-Prowse is on top of the list and he might end up at Emirates at the end of the season.
