Andrew Symonds will be remembered as one of the best hitters of the cricket ball and among the top all-rounder that the world has seen in cricket. Late Saturday former Australian all-rounder was killed in a car accident.
He resented the Australian Cricket Team between 1998 to 2009 and had the capability to change the course of the game with the bat or ball wherever needed. Symonds went on to play 26 Tests,14 T20Is, and 198 ODIs.

Andrew Symonds Debut
Symonds made his ODI debut for Australia in 1998. He didn’t have the best start to his ODI career. The Australian all-rounder cemented his place during C 2003 after his knock of 143 against Pakistan
Andrew Symonds made his Test debut for the Australian team in 2004 during the Australian tour of Sri Lanka.

The Australian all-rounder has played 198 ODI for Australia scoring 5088 runs and taking 133 wickets. He recorded his best ODI batting score of 156 against New Zealand in 2005.
His best ODI bowling figures(5/18) came against Bangladesh in the same year.
Although he didn’t play much T20I for Australia he managed to score 337 runs in 14 matches

Andrew Symonds was picked up for $1.35 million by the Deccan Chargers team in the Indian Premier League. He was the second most expensive player in the auction
He scored a century for Deccan Chargers in the first edition. In the 2011 edition of the IPL, he played for Mumbai Indians.
